One Community, One Day: NOVA Family Festival

This Saturday, our NOVA community came together for one of the most anticipated events of the year, the NOVA Family Festival.
As the school’s largest fundraiser, the festival brought together families, students, and friends for a day that reflected the diversity and spirit of our community. This year, guests explored 24 traditional cuisines from around the world and welcomed more than a thousand visitors.
There was something for everyone to enjoy, from a petting zoo and dunk tank to school performances, bouncy castles, kids’ corners, and sports activities throughout the day.
Beyond the celebration, the festival remained grounded in purpose. This year’s beneficiary was the State School for Children and Youth with Visual Impairments “Dimitar Vlahov,” supporting important work in our wider community. Their students also shared a special performance of Bela Ciao, adding a meaningful moment to the day.
