A conference that puts you at the centre
You welcome new families, support colleagues, manage resources, keep people safe and find solutions when the unexpected happens. Your work touches every part of school life — even when it happens behind the scenes.
Yet opportunities to step away, connect with people who understand your role and invest in your own development can be hard to find.
This conference is being created for you.
For two days, we will come together to share experience, work through common challenges and discover ideas that make everyday work better. It is a chance to feel understood, build lasting professional relationships and return to your school with fresh confidence and practical tools.
