NOVA International School Skopje
Published:
We were pleased to host the CEESA Elementary Math Competition at our school, welcoming 12 teams from five international schools.
A total of 12 teams from five international schools came together to challenge themselves, collaborate, and showcase their mathematical thinking. Participating schools included the American International School of Budapest, QSI Bratislava, Anglo-American School of Sofia, and Pechersk School International Kyiv, alongside NOVA.
Across events such as Math Basketball, Estimation Round, Number Quest Relay, Battleships, and problem-solving mathematics, students worked in teams, tested ideas, and approached problems with focus and creativity.
A special congratulations to our Grade 5 student, Makedon Dimitrovski, who stood out in the individual round with exceptional depth of understanding.
Final team results:
1st place: American International School of Budapest
2nd place: NOVA International School Skopje
3rd place: American International School of Budapest
This competition reflects what matters most in learning: curiosity, persistence, and the confidence to take on complex challenges in a supportive environment.
If you are considering NOVA for your child, enrollment for the upcoming school year is now open. We invite you to learn more about our school and visit our campus to experience how students grow when they are known, supported, and challenged.
