AIS Vienna DP Biology students participate in CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing Workshop 

AIS Vienna DP Biology I students participated in an engaging two-day CRISPR/Cas9 (awarded the 2020 Nobel
Prize in Chemistry) workshop at the Vienna BioCenter, a top biology research center in Europe. Students
gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge genome editing technology working on a practical challenge:
deactivating the lacZ gene in E. coli bacteria.
