She has extensive experience teaching students with behavior challenges as well as English language learners in both the public and international school settings. She has been a mentor teacher, a team leader and has provided coaching to educators on various topics.

Most recently her professional interests have included student facilitated class meetings, fostering a growth mindset in learners and proactively dealing with challenging student behavior.
