With over 17 years of active involvement in CEESA, Ivan has witnessed and contributed to the organization’s dynamic growth and evolution. His professional background brings 14 years of operational and financial leadership experience, shaped through a governing lens distinct from most CEESA schools. 

Over the past five years, he has added to this perspective as a school director, offering insight from a context with limited prior representation in CEESA leadership. He believes this combination—his longevity within the association, varied leadership experience, and unique governance background—positions him to contribute meaningfully to CEESA’s next chapter. 

He remains deeply committed to the organization’s mission and is driven by a strong sense of optimism about the transformative power of educators to make a global impact in increasingly uncertain times.
