Meet Kristin Moffitt & Paula de Leon Diaz at CEESA 2026

In March 2026, international educators will gather in Sofia, Bulgaria for the 36th Annual CEESA Conference, held at the Grand Hotel Millennium. Among this year’s most practice-driven and relevant contributors are Kristin Moffitt and Paula de Leon Diaz, the expert team behind Behaviour Solutions Lab.

Together, Kristin and Paula bring decades of experience supporting educators, students, and families through evidence-based, compassionate approaches to behavior, inclusion, and well-being. Their work focuses on helping schools move away from reactive responses and toward proactive, skill-building systems that support all learners.

At CEESA 2026, they will deliver a full-day pre-conference workshop and multiple conference sessions designed to give educators immediately usable strategies grounded in behavior science.

About the Speakers

Kristin Moffitt began her career over 20 years ago in Minnesota public schools as a special education teacher. After moving into international education, she has held roles as a Learning Support Teacher and Student Support Services Coordinator in Croatia and Switzerland. In August 2025, Kristin will join Frankfurt International School Wiesbaden as Inclusion Coordinator. As a consultant with Behaviour Solutions Lab, she works closely with schools to implement practical, inclusive behavior supports.

Paula de Leon Diaz is the Founder and CEO of Behaviour Solutions Lab. With a background in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis, Paula is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with advanced degrees from Penn State University, Pepperdine University, and the University of Oregon. She has extensive experience supporting neurotypical learners, autistic individuals, and students with ADHD, always emphasizing individualized, strengths-based approaches to behavior and learning.

This full-day pre-conference workshop led by Kristin Moffitt and Paula de Leon Diaz is a cornerstone learning opportunity at CEESA 2026.
