The Power of Empathy: Moving from Argument to Understanding and Collaboration by Judy Bleil Saruhan

The goal of this workshop is to engage with and process a persistent argument so that participants can experience a shift in understanding and collaboration.

The workshop will be an experiential learning process that allows participants to see immediately how the skills presented may help them be in more satisfying relationships and collaboration within the school community. This workshop will focus on skills and tools to turn disagreement (even conflicts) into collaboration and ultimately to help build connected, collaborative communities. Participants will work with their real life examples.
