Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing to office@ceesa.org.

Cancellations made by January 10, 2027 are free of charge.

For cancellations made between January 11 and February 12, 2027, you will be charged 25% of your registration fee.

For cancellations after February 12, 2027, or no-shows, you will be charged the full registration fee.

In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation fees may be waived. A written request needs to be submitted to Robert Sims, Executive Director of CEESA.

For the cancellation of your hotel room, please check the terms in your booking confirmation email and contact the hotel directly. CEESA is not responsible for the cancellation of your hotel room or any fees associated with it.
