In addition to teaching and school administration, Katie expanded her work once she earned her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis to become a home therapist, behavior coach for teachers, and sleep coach for families.

Katie is passionate about educating children in a developmentally appropriate and supportive way utilizing research-based interventions and practices. In her role as Clinical Director of IDS, Katie works with teachers and families internationally to understand their needs and create supportive and effective therapy and education solutions. Katie leads teams of experts working with schools, families and children worldwide who utilize their discipline-specific knowledge and perspective in a true multidisciplinary approach in order to create positive, lasting change.
