Dana Burnside

Dana-BurnsideDr. Dana Burnside holds degrees in English and Communication from Bloomsburg University and a Doctor of Arts (DA) in Higher Education from George Mason University.

She has more than 17 years of college teaching experience. She currently teaches in the Graduate School of Education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, USA. She teaches graduate courses in curriculum and instruction, as well as a course on diversity and societal change.  Her research interests include diversity and societal change, and global citizenship and the curriculum. She is active in teaching courses to international educators, including courses in the doctoral program at the ABA in Muscat, Oman and masters-level courses in the Masters of International Leadership program.
