The coffee breaks are served in the Foyer Budapest. In the morning there will be some sweet snacks and fresh fruit served and in the afternoon some salty snacks will be provided. During the whole conference day you can take your coffee, tea and water from this buffet.

Lunch, The Chef’s Buffet, will be served in restaurant Loreta I which is located on the same floor as the conference rooms. Lunch includes one soft drink and coffee.

Guest Speakers, CEESA Sponsors and Directors are invited to join CEESA and our host, Arnie Bieber and the International School of Prague for a special dinner at Auberge de Provence. Please meet in the lobby of the Diplomat Hotel at 6:00 PM for transportation to the restaurant, about a 30 minute drive to the countryside of Prague.

We are happy to announce a social event for Exhibitors only, to break the ice! It will be held after exhibition set-up, just a hop (walking distance) from the Diplomat Hotel.
