The CEESA 2024 Annual Teacher Conference, held under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Fostering Inclusive Education through Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Technology,” concluded with resounding success. Over 450 participants from across the CEESA region and beyond gathered to explore innovative approaches to education and promote inclusivity in classrooms.
The conference boasted an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, including renowned experts Kathleen Naglee, Tricia Friedman, Moojan Asghari, Lee Ann Jung, Dominique Smith, and Sanja Tarczay. Their insights and expertise provided attendees with invaluable knowledge and inspiration to implement inclusive practices in their schools.
The conference offered a comprehensive program featuring sessions on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ), and student-centered learning.
