To get the special discounted rate for a Classic or a Deluxe room, you have to book online.
Make sure to book your accommodation as soon as possible. The rooms are going fast!
Keep in mind that the hotel cancellation policy allows you to cancel your room free of charge up to January 15, 2018.
The deadline for booking your room is January 15, 2018.
After this date all remaining rooms from our block will be released and you won’t be able to book at the discounted Conference rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
for hotel room reservations at Hotel Intercontinental
In case of cancellation by the guest due to any reason:
- Cancellation made by January 15, 2018 = FREE of charge
- Cancellation made between January 16 and February 14, 2018 = one night will be charged to the guest’s credit card
- Cancellation made after February 14, 2018, or no show = 100% of the total cost will be charged to the guest’s credit card
