CEESA's Board of Directors meet twice a year to conduct the business of the Association. In September, the meeting was held in Vienna Austria at the American International School of Vienna.

Dr. Fran Prolman facilitated discussions to reaffirm CEESA's Strategic Plan and Strategies. The association's revenue and expenses were reviewed, reports were given by our new Regional Education Officer, Tom Shearer and CEESA's Executive Director, Kathy Stetson, information was shared about the Annual Conference and the schedule for regional activities and professional development events was updated. In addition, the Directors had reports and discussions about membership, CEESA's sports and activities leagues, the use of technology in the region and the CEESA Health Care Plan.

This year, we met in conjunction with the CEESA IT Managers. In support of CEESA's Mission to Lead Educational Transformation through Collaboration, we made plans for improving the use of technology to enhance learning in our schools.

The Spring Board of Directors' Meeting will be held in St Petersburg, Russia in May, 2014.
