Aside from networking, attending workshops and courses themselves, Matt Fleming (AIS Budapest), Jason Cuthbert (AS Warsaw) and Nick DeForest (AIS Vienna) also led one of the four hour leadership training courses.

Matt, Jason and Nick are joined by six other international ADs from around the world on the NIAAA international committee. That committee has written and taught the four courses that are specifically designed for international school athletic directors. The next step of this process has that
committee working on an exam for people that have taken the international courses and would like to obtain official certification. Read about the NIAAA certification program as it currently stands.
