Administrators at the Pechersk School International, Kyiv generously opened up their classrooms so that the cohort members could deepen their knowledge in a profound way.

The cohort's work was marked by more work on ways to support change initiatives, looking at our colleagues through the work in the 'Tao of Coaching', opportunities to practice their coaching skills with their peers, a live “coach the coach” conversation & debrief, the preview of tools to support coaching programs, and time for school teams to create action plans.

Monica Medina said that the cohort members should be proud of their work and their ongoing development. Cohort members will be meting again at the CEESA Conference in Warsaw, to see and hear how their journeys to improved teacher practice and student learning are going!
