For Learning Support Teachers of the CEESA Region

Come together with like-minded professionals to discuss how to support our students with academic and English language learning needs. Your input will help design the agenda for this two-day conference. Once registered, participants will be asked to complete a survey which will guide the development of the agenda. Topics will include (but will not be limited to) the following:

• Identifying student needs in the schools
• Structure of student support in our schools
• Documentation of student needs/services & progress reporting
• Assessment and data collection
• Models of support
• Best practices and research
• Inclusion
• Break-out sessions: Elementary/Secondary

When: Arrive Thursday, January 21, for two-day event on January 22 & 23; depart on Sunday, January 24.

Where: American International School of Zagreb

Cost: Participants cover costs of their own accommodations, travel arrangements, and meals outside of the conference. AIS Zagreb will cover lunches, snacks, and one dinner during the weekend. There is no fee for attending the workshop.

Accommodations: Hotel Dubrovnik, Zagreb. Prices and registration for hotel accommodations will be provided in the fall.
