She has presented workshops at ELMLE, CEESA and NAIS POC Conferences and is the founder of the Leaders of Color Roundtable, an online professional learning community which meets monthly. Currently on a one year leave from the American International School Vienna where she has taught Physical Education for 18 years, she blogs regularly at http://edifiedlistener.wordpress.com. She earned her M.Ed. in Independent School Leadership through the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College Columbia University in 2013.
