Martina Mencer Salluzzo

Martina-Mencer-SalluzzoAlong with her lifelong devotion to teaching, she has, at different points in her life, worked and volunteered coordinating cultural and educational projects, translating theater plays, and managing small businesses.

She was coordinator of the Culturenet project for the Croatian Ministry of Culture, member of the editorial board of the Culturelink Review published by the Institute for International Relations in Zagreb, and assistant director of the Berlitz Language Center in Zagreb. In the States she worked as study and travel program adviser for the Council for International Educational Exchange, volunteered as student exchange coordinator for the EF Foundation, and was manager of the Council Travel office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She has experience teaching English for tourism classes at Vern University of Applied Sciences and is a board member of Zagreb's Alliance Française.

Her passions are the well-being of her three children and her students, music, languages, and travel.
