He has spent the past four and a half years in Estonia and the previous two years in Italy teaching his mother tongue language of French. He has a Masters degree in Mediterranean, Oriental, and Slavic studies, specializing in Italian, from the University of Strasbourg and a BA in French as a Foreign Language from the University of Grenoble.
