She has been a high school principal, IBDP coordinator, English/ToK teacher and coach in international and US schools for 32 years and is still having a wonderful time. In her work, she enjoys joining with teachers and students to develop creative solutions to situations.

Joyce joined the American International School of Zagreb in August 2014 as their Upper School Principal, after eight satisfying years in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
