She is responsible for supporting schools wishing to offer the IB programmes in the region.  Heather also works with governments and universities to raise awareness and develop agreements for recognition of the IB programmes. Prior to this role, Heather was the MYP School Services Manager for Africa, Europe, Middle East. Heather has worked for the IB regional office for over five years, starting in Geneva when the office was located there. Heather is originally from Canada and holds a MA in Educational Psychology – Learning and Development. She is an experienced primary, middle and high school teacher and held the roles of MYP Coordinator and Curriculum Coordinator in her last school.
