An Outward Mindset: The Key to Transforming our Schools by Michael Lazan

This introductory session is based on the groundbreaking work of “The Arbinger Institute”, the authors of the international bestseller “Leadership and Self-Deception”.  The session will demonstrate how working with an "Outward Mindset" can transform schools and dramatically improve results.

In this introductory presentation, participants will learn that the root cause of most organizational problems is the fact that employees often unknowingly work with an “Inward Mindset”—focused inwardly on their own, personal objectives.  They will also begin to understand how they can work with an “Outward Mindset”—fully taking into account their impact on others with whom they work—dramatically improving individual and organizational results.
