It’s Not Your Dad’s Strategic Plan by Greg Curtis

Greg will lead participants through an interactive process of re-envisioning. This session will follow the many of the process outlined in the book, Leading Modern Learning:  A Blueprint for Vision-Driven Schools (Greg Curtis and Jay McTighe: Solution Tree, 2015).

During this pre-conference session, Greg will lead participants through an interactive process of re-envisioning the way we develop transformational Visions for schools, unpack these into foundational desired Impacts for student learning, and plan through the Input-Output-Impact™ framework and related measures of success.  This session will follow the many of the process outlined in the book, Leading Modern Learning:  A Blueprint for Vision-Driven Schools (Greg Curtis and Jay McTighe: Solution Tree, 2015).
