How do teachers and school leaders know when they are working toward the common goal of improved student learning? What strategies and tools are needed for collaboration to be effective? This workshop will explore the differences between collaboration, cooperation and collegiality and help participants develop an understanding of the ways in which their schools can increase collaborative capacity to support student learning.
