CEESA Women in Leadership Series: Interviewing for Principal/Head Posts by Kathleen Naglee

In this session, CEESA female directors will help with tips and modeling of answers to guide women towards greater confidence in the interview process.

Many women are fully qualified to take on a head post but will find themselves downplaying their skills and abilities to lead. In this session, CEESA female directors will help with tips and modeling of answers to guide women towards greater confidence in the interview process. Strategies for giving effective examples and deflecting questions will be reviewed.

Specific tips concerning online and in-person interviews will be discussed.
