608c: Management Strategies and Organization Techniques by Scott Bezubiak (CIAAA)

This course is designed to inform athletic administrators how to more effectively organize and manage their time, apply time management principles, be more productive and have balance to life.

This course is designed to inform athletic administrators how to more effectively organize and manage their time, apply time management principles, be more productive and have balance to life. Instruction will focus on 12 key components and strategies, including proven techniques and tips to teach participants how to: Set Goals and Priorities, Plan for Results, Organize for Success, Process Paperwork, Delegate Effectively, Eliminate Time Wasters, Enhance Decision-Making, Make Meetings Productive, Conquer Procrastination, Utilize Technology, Communicate Effectively and Reduce Stress.

Scott is President of the Canadian Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, and Department Head of Student Services at Harry Ainlay HS in Edmonton, Alberta.

He spent 10 years as Athletic Director of one of the largest programs in Canada.  As a Certified Athletic Administrator with the CIAAA Scott has been a LTC instructor and assisted in several curriculum and workshop developments. 

Over his teaching career Scott has coached volleyball, basketball, track, team handball, soccer and coordinated a Hockey Canada Skills Academy.
