As president of CBK Associates and ABCD Books, Cathy travels 130 plus days a year globally providing professional and organizational development, keynotes, in-depth institutes, and exceptional education and learning resources. Most recent journeys include keynoting Singapore Character and Civic Education Conference, two week long visits consulting and leading institutes at Jakarta International School for educators from 10 countries, teaching Hawaii educators a new STEM and service learning curriculum for state-wide implementation, and keynoting (plus day-long workshops) at an AISA Conference in Johannesburg.

Cathryn authored The Complete Guide to Service Learning and a Kids in Action workbook series. With environmental advocate Philippe Cousteau she has written two books Going Blue: A Teen Guide to Saving Our Oceans, Lakes, Rivers & Wetlands and Make a Splash! A Kids Guide to Saving Our Oceans, Lakes, Rivers, & Wetlands.

Her program Strategies for Success: A Learning Curriculum that Serves has been implemented with over 50,000 students in the Los Angeles Unified School District; a new version emphasizing 21st century skills is being implemented in Singapore, North Carolina, and with the Cherokee Nation. She reads, dances, cooks, and she is delighted to be returning to CEESA. ΕΎ
