Foresight Education Program Workshop - Washington, D.C.
June 23 – 27, 2013
This workshop is for teachers in overseas schools who are committed to incorporating "foresight education" into the school program. It includes an introduction to future studies, work of international futurists, and real world applications of future studies in government, business and NGOs.
National Distinguished Principals Program
Through this progrqm, each year two outstanding elementary and/or middle school principals (K-8) from Department of State-assisted overseas schools are selected and honored for the critical role they play in educating children. Nomination packets are sent out in January.
MathCounts Program
MATHCOUNTS is an enrichment, club and competition program that promotes middle school mathematics achievement through fun and challenging math programs, which culminates with a national competition for four eligible students. Information on how your school can participate is sent out in October.
